Uber Board Member Resigns Due to Inappropriate Comment Featured

Businessman David Bonderman, a member of Uber’s board, resigned after making what he called an “inappropriate” comment about women at a company-wide meeting that was aimed at addressing the harassment of women and other unprofessional conduct within the company.

 During the meeting, Bonderman allegedly stated that having women on the board would result in “more talking.” In an email to company employees, Bonderman said “I want to apologize to my fellow board member for a disrespectful comment.” Read more here.
